5. Member Conduct

You may download copyrighted material for your personal use only. 6. Payment
(A) Payment: Registration with SportParentSupport.com costs AUD$20. SportParentSupport.com Pty Ltd securely processes payments through PayPal. Payment can be made through a PayPal account or by Credit Card. Please read PayPal’s user agreement (available during the payment process) before finalizing your payment.
(B) Refund Policy: No refunds will be issued after you have registered for SportParentSupport.com. If you believe you have been charged in error please contact us.
7. Product Specific Terms
When you register with SportParentSupport.com you understand that: (i) your account will be active for one month from the date of registration; (ii) you will be able to access your account on up to 3 digital devices (E.g, 2 computers and 1 phone;) (iii) upon registration video content will be available in chapter order; (iv) video content downloading speed will be dependent on internet connection strength.
8. Privacy.
(A) Paid Registration
SportParentSupport.com Pty Ltd acquires minimal user information. This includes (i) email address: we attain your email address to enable us to contact you regarding your registration and in the case you forget your registration details; (ii) country of origin: We also attain your country to maintain information regarding the nationality of our users.
(B) Pre-Paid Registration
If you register for SportParentSupport.com with a Pre-Paid Code from your School or Sport Organisation, SportParentSupport.com Pty Ltd will communicate to this party the following information: (i) your email address; (ii) whether your email address has played the 4 main video chapters.
9. Termination
(A) You may terminate this Agreement at any time. If you would like to terminate your SportParentSupport.com Account you may do so by contacting us directly.
(B) SportParentSupport.com Pty Ltd shall have the right to immediately terminate your Account in the event of any breach by you of this Agreement. The provisions of Sections 5(A) and 5(B) shall survive termination of this Agreement.
10. Viruses
SportParentSupport.com Pty Ltd does not represent or warrant that any files displayed or obtained from or through this website, or and other website linked to it, are free from computer viruses or other defects. Any such files are provided, and may only be accessed or used, on the basis that the user assumes all responsibility for any loss, damage or consequence resulting directly or indirectly from the use of those files.

SportParentSupport.com Pty Ltd provides links to other entities' websites for convenience only. Links to other websites do not represent any endorsement of any statements made by those entities or warrant the accuracy of the content of those entities' websites.
